We were delighted to make three charitable presentations at our meeting on Monday 13 April 2026, continuing our strong tradition of community support.

A total of £1,100 was distributed between three worthy local organisations. The funds were raised over the past year through a range of lodge social events, including a well-supported charity bingo night.

The presentations were led by our Steward of Charities of 11 years, and current Worshipful Master for 2026, W. Bro. Stephen Boyce, who has been instrumental in coordinating the Lodge’s charitable efforts over the past decade.

The organisations benefiting from the Lodge’s efforts were:-

  • Angel Eyes NI, which provides vital support to parents and families of children living with vision impairment - https://www.angeleyesni.org/

Brethren with Janine Dougan - Family Services Coordinator from Angel Eyes NI

Speaking at the presentations, W. Bro. Boyce said:

“We are proud to support these fantastic local organisations. These donations may seem modest, but they can make a real difference to small local organisations doing vital work in our community.”

Thomas Warnock, Chairman of Titanic Gentlemen’s Club, said:

“We were given a very warm welcome and are extremely grateful for the Lodge’s generous support. It means a great deal to the work we do in supporting men in our community.”

Representatives from each of the three organisations addressed the Brethren during the evening, outlining the important work they carry out within the local community and the positive impact of continued support.

With further fundraising initiatives planned in the year ahead, keep an eye out on our socials and website for more information!
